WHISTLE was founded by Stacey Luces and Denise Williams.

Both were born in Trinidad. Two sides of the same coin. Stacey was shaped by the diaspora experience. Denise rooted in the region.

Together, they bring more than four decades of discipline, global insight, and the operational depth of executives who have helped build and shape billion-dollar institutions while advising leaders across sectors and regions.

The idea for WHISTLE arrived the Caribbean way. Through limes, laughter, ole talk, and late-night strategy sessions with fellow builders and dreamers.

Like many Caribbean leaders across the world, Stacey and Denise learned how to excel, adapt, and lead at the highest levels. Especially on global stages.

But they also saw what was missing.

One-size-fits-all leadership communities were not built for the way Caribbean leaders think, build, move, and lead across systems.

What was needed was a bridge.
